Project details
Over a three month period, Environmental Essentials undertook a full demolition survey of the former Ford vehicle manufacturing complex in Dagenham.
This vast site was split into 12 zones, which were individually scoped prior to the survey by two of our teams of qualified, experienced surveyors.
Property types on the site included manufacturing buildings, warehouses, office blocks, plant buildings and electrical switch rooms, requiring our teams to work with various other trades to complete the job.
Our lead surveyors liaised with the principal contractor on the demolition project, TE Scudder, communicating any risks and providing daily and weekly progress updates. All survey work was completed on time within the required three month programme.
