Environmental Essentials COVID-19 Update 26th March 2020

Following the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and recent Government advice and interventions, we wish to share this update with our clients, colleagues and suppliers.

Following the closure of our regional offices on Friday 20th March, Environmental Essentials closed it’s Head Office on Monday 23rd March, ensuring all employees, that could work from home, were able to.

All field-based works have been suspended with the exception of the following:

  • Supporting essential Central Government and NHS works
  • Food supply retail support
  • Genuine Emergency situations where there is a risk to health

We appreciate that our clients and customers rely on us to provide business critical services during ‘normal’ occupancy and operations, however we feel that this reduction of  service provision, to essential works, is an action necessary to contribute to the safety of the wider communities and the collective national efforts in slowing down the pandemic.

Although we are experiencing challenges ourselves in a reduced field service, our back office is continuing unabated. All back office workflow functions are operational from home, communicating and collaborating in an impressive manner. Office phone numbers are diverted to ensure communication  lines are maintained.

In order than we may ensure further continuity of service and response we ask that customers direct email enquiries through the following mailboxes:
