Senior appointments strengthen the senior leadership team at EE

Environmental Essentials have made two key appointments in their senior leadership team.

Jenny Finch joined Environmental Essentials as HR Manager in September, replacing the outgoing HR Manager, Philippa Maher, who has taken up an exciting opportunity with Amazon.

Following a successful 14 year career at the UK subsidiary of global fitness equipment manufacturer Johnson Health Tech Co, Jenny operated most recently in the senior leadership team as HR Manager, and has a natural enthusiasm for continually improving HR practices and is committed to elevating policy and personal efficacy in all areas of business operations.

On her appointment with EE, Jenny said “I’m keen to engage and visit the regional offices over the coming weeks to develop positive working relationships with all employees. I’m excited to embark on a new challenge with Environmental Essentials”.

In October, Katie French joined EE as Operations Manager for our South East region. Katie previously worked as a Regional Operations Manager in the retail sector, forging strong and trusting relationships with many well known high street retailers through the operational delivery of auditing services across London and the South East.

The South East Operations role is Katie’s first in the asbestos industry, she brings a wealth of operational and management skills from her retail experience to the business.

Katie, on joining EE, said “I am looking forward to making a positive contribution to the South East team, driving growth and instilling best practice and customer focussed efficiencies across the business”.

Managing Director, Danny Kirbyshire, commented “We are pleased to welcome Jenny and Katie to the team. The appointment of two excellent professional managers shows our commitment to the continued growth and success of Environmental Essentials”.
